Our Returns & Warranty Policy

At The Portable Infrared Sauna, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our product, we have specific guidelines for returns and warranty coverage.


Returns

We can only accept returns for new, unused saunas that are still in their original, unopened packaging. Once a sauna has been used, assembled, or removed from its packaging, it is no longer eligible for return due to hygiene and health regulations.

To qualify for a return:

  • The sauna must be unused and in brand-new condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included

  • Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: Used or opened saunas cannot be returned under any circumstances.


Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If your sauna arrives with a fault or issue, please contact us immediately at sales@portableinfraredsauna.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem.


1-Year Warranty

Your Portable Infrared Sauna is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Electrical or heating component failures under normal use

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly

  • Wear and tear from regular use

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
